The Egret Pathfinder and Adventurer Club

at the Hagley Park joined with a worldwide program that is organized and directed by the Youth Department of the General Conference of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. The Egret Pathfinder Club started 60 years ago in 1959. Our first director was Sis Narr. Egret one of the most outstanding club in EJC offers a wide range of learning experiences for young people. Operated by the Hagley Park Seventh-day Adventist church and the guided by the EJC Youth Director.

The Egret Pathfinder Club is administered by a club director,deputy directors, counselors, instructors, chaplain,secretary, and treasurer. The club organization has two branches: The Adventueres (ages 6-9) and Pathfinders (Ages 10 and upward

The aim is build spiritual and social values, to develop high moral principles, loving and caring attitudes and determination to excel in all their various pursuits especially their spiritual growth.

Ministry Objectives for the Year 2019

  1. Encourage Pathfinders to discover their own God -given potential and use their gifts and abilities to full fill God’s expectations.

  2. Inspire young people to give personal expression of their love for God by uniting them together in various outreach activities.

  3. Creating a healthy appreciation and love for God’s creation by enjoying outdoor activity.(Campout, Spiritual Activities and Hiking)

  4. Seek to foster the harmonious development of the social, life of the Pathfinder, The invigoration of mind and body the fostering of an unselfish spirit.
